🚰 Hydration Tips:
✅ Drink water or diluted sports drinks (50% water)
✅ Try Emergen-C or electrolyte packs for balance
✅ Avoid dehydrating drinks: Coffee, tea, & alcohol 🚫
✅ Consider a humidifier to retain moisture indoors
✅ Carry a water bottle & sip throughout the day
✅ Toss plastic bottles after 2 days in the car (heat can break them down!)
🚨 Warning Signs of Dehydration:
😓 Red cheeks? Feeling thirsty? It’s TOO LATE—hydrate ASAP!
🥵 Even a 1% drop in water levels affects you like intoxication!
