Car Seat Installation

We will come to you and do a complete car seat check, education, and installation with you. This is done at a location of your choosing, and we make sure that you are confident in installing it yourself. In fact, that’s the final test before we leave! Remember that smoke alarms need to be cleaned regularly and their batteries need to be replaced (at minimum) once per year. 9V batteries are available by hand deliver only, minimum charge applies of $40.

Smoke Detectors/Alarms

We recommend at least one working smoke alarm in each bedroom and common area; with the exception of the kitchen and all bathroom and laundry rooms. Smoke alarms should be cleaned and tested monthly, the battery replaced twice a year, and the unit replaced 10 years from the date of manufacture. There are many types of smoke alarms available, and we would be glad to help you find the nest option for your home!
