Home Hazard Prevention, LLC is raffling off five (5) Alpha Omega Elite Series Car Seats; just in time for Christmas! This contest is valid Dec. 3 through Dec. 17. Winners announced Dec 18. These are brand-new, still in the box 3-in-1 convertible car seats that are good for 6 years from date of manufacture and can restrain children up to 100 lbs in weight. But there are a few rules to follow.

• Please email your request for the seat to [email protected]  You must include the reason for your request (why we should select you), and who and how the seat will be used. Perhaps you’re a single mother that just lost her job, or are a military family with your spouse on active leave. This information will stay private and in no way released to the public.
• Be sure to include your name, major cross streets, child’s name, and a valid phone number.
• Grammar and punctuation count!
• Any submissions on social media or other mediums will not count (email submissions only!)
• These seats CANNOT be re-sold or traded for other goods or services.
• One (1) car seat per family, per contest.
• You must be a good communicator and have excellent follow through.
• Open to the residents 18 and older of Maricopa County and San Tan Valley.
• Winners will be announced via social media and by telephone on Dec 18 and seats will be delivered/installed no later than Jan 31, 2016.
• Winners will be selected from those submissions that follow the rules of this contest.
• Winners must do a short, recorded video to be shared on social media and YouTube.
• Failure to follow these rules will have your submission removed from consideration.

Questions are welcome, but contest submissions are only accepted at the above email address. Appointments will be set with the contest winners, and the child that is receiving the seat must be present at the time of delivery and installation.
